Primitivo di Manduria DOC
An important mediterranean red wine. This wine is a symbol of our wine cellar in Torricella, in Puglia. It was born from vineyards using sapling cutivating methods. After a period of aging in barriques it reaches its full maturity.
Ruby red colour, with garnet reflections. Inviting bouqet of ripe and warm fruits. It has a smooth taste, a round, persistent flavour.

Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.

Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Capers
Mediterranean sunshine in a jar! Ripe, home-grown tomatoes from the Roman countryside dried and bottled with capers to add a hint of salty tartness.
INGREDIENTS: dried tomatoes 54%, sunflower seed oil, capers 1%, sauce (made with: aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, basil) wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Taralli Pugliesi
Taralli are an ancient Apulian speciality, obtained by mixing flour, salted water, extra virgin olive oil and white wine and are baked in the oven. They are excellent with a good glass of wine, delicious with cold meats and cheese and are the ideal accompaniment for an aperitif.
