CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

Orders may be refunded within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received provided items are unopened and intact. Call Customer Services on 0800 260 5664 to arrange collection and a full refund will be made within 30 days. If goods are damaged or you’re not entirely satisfied, call Customer Services to return them at our cost and to arrange a full refund or replacement. Where exact products named in this offer are unavailable, Giordano will provide substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. If these are found to be unsatisfactory and you wish to return them, please inform Customer Services to cancel your order where the costs of collection will be met by Giordano.
