1.Piedmont: Home of the Reds

Barolo

Landscape

Langhe and Monferrato: two words that represent world heritage as confirmed by UNESCO. Here, wine is practically one of the family. Vineyards sprawl as far as the eye can see with green slopes and bursts of colour in autumn. The landscape offers a palette for the seasons to draw pictures of stunning beauty. Knowing Piedmont is discovering ancient secrets and forging ahead towards a future rooted in tradition.

Attractions

Turin, once capital of Italy, is now a thriving centre of arts, culture and entertainment. Viewed from the top of the Mole Antonelliana, the city is in continuous movement. With its museums, historic buildings, theatres and more, Turin tells stories and enchants with its timeless beauty. Piedmont is also synonymous with nature: a journey through the hills and the vineyards of Langa is an experience not to be missed. Strolls through the rows of wine and grapes can capture the spirit of sumptuous reds such as Barolo and Barbaresco. The Wine Trail in Piedmont takes you from cellar to cellar, set against a landscape of harmonious and smooth lines.

Mole Antonelliana

A dish

Fritto Misto is the most representative dish of the Piedmontese kitchen. Certain ingredients are obligatory while others can vary from one season to the next and even from one locality to the other. Meat, vegetables, sweet and bitter semolina in a riot of different flavours deliciously encapsulated in crispy breading.

A wine

Dolcetto "Costafiore". a tribute to Langa. Our Dolcetto is a red of rare elegance. Produced with pride and passion, it embodies all the magic of our land. Just a taste is enough to be impressed by this work of art of tradition.

2.Apulia: A Glance at the Crystal Clear Azure Sea

Puglia

Landscape

Puglia is a land rich in culture and ancient traditions. Its delicate and uniform heights roll down to the coast, where rocky stretches alternates with sandy coastline. The climate is Mediterranean, with warm summers and mild winters. The areas dedicated to viticulture benefit from this balanced climate. The sea is a gem, pure and heavenly stretching to the horizon. Resisting its invitation to have a dip is impossible!

Attractions

Towns and countryside combine in fabulous urban views as in the old town of Giovinazzo, flanking minimal and discreet beauties and majestic castles and magnificent historical buildings, from the Petruzzelli Theatre of Bari to the Svevo Trani Castle. The wine routes in Puglia caress different grape varieties and various influences. Thus, you can taste delicious and refreshing whites or robust, round and full-bodied reds.

Giovinazzo - Centro storico

A dish

Bombette: the traditional rolls made with fresh pork, stuffed with cheese, salt and pepper. Usually cooked on the grill, they are commonly found in the butcher shops where they are grilled on traditional stoves.

A wine

Our winery in Torricella produces wines from the south and wines from Apulia. Among our Apulian wines, our Salento Chardonnay is a worthy representative of the Apulian winemaking tradition. Savour a sip of Salento Chardonnay to discover the intensity of its tropical scents, its fresh and full taste and the vivacity of a wine made with the utmost reverence for the land it is sourced from.
