ROSSO PUGLIA IGT BIOLOGICO
An intense, full-bodied red wine that perfectly expresses the warmth of a land, Apulia, and its rich winemaking tradition. The grapes are grown according to organic farming methods, for a wine that not only tastes excellent, but is also beneficial to the environment.
Serve at 18°-20°.
An opulent wine, red in colour with violet hues. On the nose there are hints of ripe fruit and forest berries, such as blackberry, raspberry and blueberry. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste and hints of dark chocolate.
Chardonnay Puglia IGT Esclusivo "Gold Label"
The wine is made in our winery at Torricella in Apulien, using perfectly ripe grapes.The result is a pleasant, quaffable wine with all of the elegance and “finesse” that one would expect from such a noble wine.
A full straw yellow with beautifully bold and consistent golden hues. The bouquet is accompanied by tropical fruits with delicate hints of pineapple, passion fruit and banana, but with an enchanting base of citrus. It is full on the palate, soft and enveloping but with a crisp acidity that gives it a perfect balance. The aftertaste is excellent and echoes the nose. It is an important wine but at the same time pleasant and extremely quaffable.
Malvasia Pinot Grigio Puglia IGT
From grapes of Malvasia and Pinot Grigio. It is a fragrant and attractive wine. The grapes ripen in Apulia, cuddled by a mild and generous climate: from this land inherits its fascinating, versatile and sensual character .
Clear straw colour with light green reflexes. Rich bouquet of flowers with special hints of yellow fruit pulp, such as peach and apricot. Balanced, light and attractive flavour.
Fiano Puglia IGT
It is a wine of rare aromatic finesse, produced exclusively from Fiano grapes. Fruity and elegant, it perfectly expresses the sunshine and Mediterranean character of its land. A contemporary classic.
This pale-coloured wine has strong notes of tropical fruit and a taste that is full-bodied and intense but that still exhibits a great finesse.
Negroamaro Salento IGT
A great red wine directly from Salento.
Deep garnet red in colour with violet reflections. Intense floral scents reminiscent of red currant and blackberry. The taste is harmonious, velvety and particularly structured, full and savory, pleasantly tannic.
Merlot Puglia IGT
Dry red wine made of Merlot grapes cultivated in the fertile soils of Tarantino. It’s color is bright and intense red, with persistent fragrance of ripe fruit, as raspberry and cherry. Important, equilibrated red wine.
