Chardonnay Puglia IGT Esclusivo "Gold Label"
The wine is made in our winery at Torricella in Apulien, using perfectly ripe grapes.The result is a pleasant, quaffable wine with all of the elegance and “finesse” that one would expect from such a noble wine.



A full straw yellow with beautifully bold and consistent golden hues. The bouquet is accompanied by tropical fruits with delicate hints of pineapple, passion fruit and banana, but with an enchanting base of citrus. It is full on the palate, soft and enveloping but with a crisp acidity that gives it a perfect balance. The aftertaste is excellent and echoes the nose. It is an important wine but at the same time pleasant and extremely quaffable.
Castelli Romani DOC Rosso Collection
This young, spring-like red is born on volcanic soils, the perfect floral blend to complement beautiful days spent in company. But don't be misled by its fresh character: when required, it knows how to be decisive and resourceful. A fine wine from the Lazio tradition.



An intense scent of fresh flowers summons up the drinkability of a skillful blend, designed for those who look for enjoyment and conviviality in wine. Lovely notes of red fruits and a smooth tannic texture.
"Eventus" Rosso
Eventus is the pure pleasure of fine drinking and can be enjoyed alone while relaxing, or to accompany any meal, as it pairs beautifully with traditional and creative cuisines. An elegant red from a careful selection of soils best suited to cultivate the vines of the Mediterranean basin.



Deep red in colour with purple hints; obvious scents of ripe fruit and deep notes of blackberry and cherry, as well as candied fruit and jam, coming together within a bouquet of spices and vanilla. An ample, warm and rotund taste that balances perfectly with the perfect level of soft tannins and flavour. The final is long and fruity, with a pleasing aftertaste of spicy fruits.
"Raggiante" Rosato
It is produced from red grapes, cultivated in the sunny coasts of the Mediterranean Sea. The climate is perfect, mild and windy. It guarantees a perfect maturation: we choose carefully the best time for harvesting and the best method for vinification. In this way we obtain this excellent wine with a passionate character.



Faint pink colour, light and delicated. Soft and elegant taste with a significant balance; typical fragrance of grapes. It is easy to drink.
"Andrea" Vino Rosso
Wine, for me is also the silence of the winery: for this Winemaker's Choice Rosso there were moments when only the echo of the steps filled the space between the barrels, my breath was the only soundtrack to the maturing of my wine. It takes passion. When you love what you do, it comes naturally. Sometimes it takes your breath away, it makes you experience emotions with an overwhelming intensity. I personally chose the vines for this blend, inspired by the sensations of a torrid summer inside and outside the wine cellar. I followed step by step, one wine tasting after another. When I realized that it was ready to bottled, I felt a strange feeling of jealousy, as if faced with a painful but necessary detachment. At that moment, while I was tasting the wine in the dim light, I understood that it was ready. Wine is emotion. Mine? Mine is a passion to be shared.

Like a mirror from a fairy tale, the red of the chromatic texture has purple veins and reflects the light, creating changeable and fascinating patterns. The red fruits, raspberry and marasca, emerge through a full and expressive smell: the vanilla, distant and suggestive, peeps through. On the palate it is harmonious and full-bodied, a velvety with a distinguished aftertaste. You can catch clear traces of chocolate and vanilla.
Vinification
Grapes and vines are my everyday life. I see sprouting plants, budding flowers, growing fruit, maturing and reaching the perfect moment for the harvest. At harvest time, I watch over the whole process: mine is a conductor's job, every aspect is an instrument which must play the right notes to produce the perfect harmony. Each variety has its own voice: if in the denominations certain tones are crystallized, a blend allows you to add your own, shaping a wine that has an unusual, new character. For the Andrea Vino Rosso, I chose the tools that I thought best suited to orchestrate the taste I had in mind. After the careful selection of the grapes, after fermentation, after the first time in the tank, I made the vines talk in the way I thought best, giving this red a pinch of my personality. The refinement did the rest, in the comfortable setting of the Giordano wineries. And there, this wine matured, taking on a part of me during our silent dialogues.
Tips
The search for something new is the basis of constant personal growth. We talked a lot about the Winemaker’s Choice line. We were asked to come out of the shadows, not only to put faces to those who, behind the scenes, make Giordano wines, but also to offer a personal interpretation of the wine according to each of us. This Red wants to be my business card, it is a wine which conquers me. I hope I can break through to your heart, just as it has broken through into mine.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fragrant, light and delicate, this extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively by pressing the best Italian olives.
It is characterized by an unmistakable aroma and velvety taste, intense and pleasantly persistent. An irreplaceable seasoning, combining taste and delicacy, to enhance the flavors of good food. Great as dressing for salads, meat and pasta dishes, is a valuable and essential food recommended in the Mediterranean diet.
ORIGIN: 100% Italy
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.

Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.

Penne al Peperoncino
Spicy chilli-flavoured Penne!
INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina, Water, dehydrated chilli (1,8%).
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.
COOKING TIME: 7/9 min.

Fusilli Tri-coloured Pasta
Red, white and green pasta twists that add a splash of colour to any mealtime!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated basil (2,5%), dehydrated tomato (1,5%).
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool and dry place.
COOKING TIME: 5/7 Minutes.

Farmers Meat Ragù
A classic, traditional Bolognese sauce.
INGREDIENTS: tomato pulp (52%), beef and pork (30%), sunflower oil, carrots, tomato paste, onions, powdered skim milk, salt, celery, wheat starch.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
