Maccheroni Pasta - a symphony of five flavours!
Format 500 g. (£ 7.58/kg.)
Made from durum semolina flavoured with rosemary, black carrot, beetroot and curcuma. Ideal with light sauces to keep the taste of the 5 different flavours. Try it with only a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients/info
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated rosemary (2%), cuttlefish ink (1,6%), dehydrated beetroot (1%), dehydrated curcuma (0,8%).
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 8 - 10 minutes ca.
