Fresh mushrooms and mature tomatoes, together with parsley, onion, garlic and olive oil make up the tasty ingredients of this special sauce. Ideal for serving with our Traditional ‘Tajarin’ Egg Noodles and Fusilli Tri-coloured Pasta, particularly on important occasions. Also works equally well on crunchy bread when making “Tuscan Bruschetta”. A delicious cream you can spread on croutons and canapés. Ideal as a sauce, also works well to enhance your poultry dishes.

INGREDIENTS: tomato, mushrooms 10% (agaricus bisporus), porcini mushrooms 8% (boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, salt, parsley, sugar.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
