"Dicasa" Bianco
DICASA VINO BIANCO is very balanced with a surprisingly fresh bouquet. It is suitable for every sharing moment, can accompany everyday meals, and is true to the Italian style of being together. The ideal wine for the happiest tables!
Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose, delicate floral scents that conquer at first breath. Fresh and pleasantly aromatic on the palate.
Andrea Vino Rosso
Wine, for me is also the silence of the winery: for this Winemaker's Choice Rosso there were moments when only the echo of the steps filled the space between the barrels, my breath was the only soundtrack to the maturing of my wine. It takes passion. When you love what you do, it comes naturally. Sometimes it takes your breath away, it makes you experience emotions with an overwhelming intensity. I personally chose the vines for this blend, inspired by the sensations of a torrid summer inside and outside the wine cellar. I followed step by step, one wine tasting after another. When I realized that it was ready to bottled, I felt a strange feeling of jealousy, as if faced with a painful but necessary detachment. At that moment, while I was tasting the wine in the dim light, I understood that it was ready. Wine is emotion. Mine? Mine is a passion to be shared.
Andrea, Wine Maker Giordano
Like a mirror from a fairy tale, the red of the chromatic texture has purple veins and reflects the light, creating changeable and fascinating patterns. The red fruits, raspberry and marasca, emerge through a full and expressive smell: the vanilla, distant and suggestive, peeps through. On the palate it is harmonious and full-bodied, a velvety with a distinguished aftertaste. You can catch clear traces of chocolate and vanilla.
Vinification
Grapes and vines are my everyday life. I see sprouting plants, budding flowers, growing fruit, maturing and reaching the perfect moment for the harvest. At harvest time, I watch over the whole process: mine is a conductor's job, every aspect is an instrument which must play the right notes to produce the perfect harmony. Each variety has its own voice: if in the denominations certain tones are crystallized, a blend allows you to add your own, shaping a wine that has an unusual, new character. For the Andrea Vino Rosso, I chose the tools that I thought best suited to orchestrate the taste I had in mind. After the careful selection of the grapes, after fermentation, after the first time in the tank, I made the vines talk in the way I thought best, giving this red a pinch of my personality. The refinement did the rest, in the comfortable setting of the Giordano wineries. And there, this wine matured, taking on a part of me during our silent dialogues.
Tips
The search for something new is the basis of constant personal growth. We talked a lot about the Winemaker’s Choice line. We were asked to come out of the shadows, not only to put faces to those who, behind the scenes, make Giordano wines, but also to offer a personal interpretation of the wine according to each of us. This Red wants to be my business card, it is a wine which conquers me. I hope I can break through to your heart, just as it has broken through into mine.
"Eventus" Bianco
A modern wine studied at length by the master winemakers at Giordano to satisfy the most discerning tasters. It is obtained with the best white grapes, grown in the most suitable areas. The vinification involves immediate separation of the skins from the must, followed by fermentation at very low controlled temperature, to preserve its freshness and aroma. The name, Eventus emphasises the unique and rare characteristics of this wine.
Golden, straw yellow with greenish hints, and an elegant, floral bouquet with notes of exotic fruits and green apple. A stupendously pure bouquet. This is one of the most fragrant, fruity wines made at Giordano. A soft, balanced flavour with hints of yellow apple, pear and grapefruit.
"Raggiante" Rosso
A potent red but one with rare finesse. The name reminds us of the power of the sun, which allows the Mediterranean grapes used to make it to ripen to fleshy, concentrated perfection.
Deep red in colour with a clean bouquet of ripe fruit, blackberry and violets; a full-bodied flavour that is both soft and balanced, with a harmonious aftertaste and persistent aroma.
"Loris" Vino Rosato
Dedicated to all those who look sideways at any wine that is not red, and to those who will say yes to white, but absolutely, just one glass. My solution is Loris Vino Rosé. Immediately, you can see that the colour isn't the sinful product of boredom. This is a wine that brings together many images: of air full of summer scents, of flowers and a pleasant evening breeze that ruffles your hair and thoughts. There are no pretences, no lies, nor promises that turn out to be just empty words. Pour a glass and listen to the story that it tells you. Bit by bit, it will break down your resistance. It will be the wine that you will uncork at every aperitif!
Distinctive, deep and clean colour. Vivid reflections and sparkling legs colour the bright substance with inviting luminous memories. The scent is full-bodied, an almost elusive olfactory profile due to the many suggestions that it evokes. In a word, Loris Vino Rosé is a flower garden on the cusp between Spring and Summer, with tantalising hints of fruit and delicate floral brushstrokes. A tasting test keeps all its promises: pleasant, fresh, sensual and balanced.

Modena Balsamic Vinegar i.g.p.
This multi-purpose condiment is used extensively throughout Italy as a traditional salad dressing.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, concentrate grape must, caramel color E150d. Contains Sulphites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Mediterranean Olive Sauce
A saucy Tuscan treat!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato pulp (80,5%), olive oil, olives (5%), capers (3%), anchovy paste 2,5% (anchovy fillets, olive oil, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, parsley, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper, pepper, origan.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Must be stored in a dry and cool place.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
Frollini al Limoncello
Delicious pastry biscuits with butter and with true Limoncello liquor and candied lemon peels.
Great for serving to your guests together with a cup of coffee or tea but ideal for making your day sweet and enjoyable.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), eggs, sunflower oil, 2,5% candied lemon, partially skimmed milk, Limoncello liquor 0,5% (water, alcohol, sugar, lemon peel), leavening agents: sodium carbonate and sodium diphosphate, salt, lemon natural flavor. May contain traces of nuts and soy.
