Fusilli is a short cut pasta with a characteristic twist shape. It's a great pasta for all kinds of sauces due to the clever way that its shape "holds" a lot of sauce. Our Fusilli includes three colours; green from spinach, red from red pepper and plain-coloured simply from the wheat itself. Enjoy it with a dash of Extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
