Chardonnay Piemonte DOC
Chardonnay, the most famous white grape variety in the world, has found in the hills of Piedmont the ideal place to express its characteristics to the full. From this territory comes a wine of great flavour with austere and enveloping notes. Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights; a refined and elegant bouquet. Full and substantial on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, with cold appetisers and fish dishes. Serve at 8-10 °C
To the eye it shows an intense straw-yellow colour. On the nose there are fruity hints of pear, peach and pineapple, with notes of honey and vanilla on the finish. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasant acidic component and good softness.
Spumante Rosé Millesimato
Fine sparkling rosé. Fresh fruit aroma with hints of pink grapefruit.
An elegant and intense wine with a bright pink colour, a fresh fruit aroma with hints of pink grapefruit, raspberry, currant and an elegant rosehip note. The sparkle is made up of small and persistent bubbles.
LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA DOC frizzante secco
The most known sparkling red wine in Italy and Europe, due to its characteristics of pleasantness and versatility.
Intense red color with hints of a vivid purple; taste with the sparkling tone of blackberry and ripe red fruit aroma. Enveloping flavor with a pleasant balance given by the typical acidity, the structured tannin, the enveloping softness. Wine of moderate alcohol content, very pleasant.

Traditional "Tajarin" Egg Noodles
A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
Pesto Sauce
Our pesto is made following the best of Ligurian tradition, slowly blending together fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, walnuts, Italian hard cheeses and olive oil.
INGREDIENTS: Basil 47%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, grana padano cheese 5,4% (cows' milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme derived from egg), Pecorino cheese, potato flakes, cashew nuts, salt, pine nuts 1,6%, sugar, garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid, glucono delta lactone.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Mushrooms Risotto
Traditional northern Italian dish.
INGREDIENTS: Parboiled rice 80%, vegetable oil preparation (palm oilm, glucose syrup, MILK protein) porcini mushrooms 4% (Boletus edulis and related group), LACTOSE, potato starch, salt, hydrolized vegetable proteins, flavours, processed cheese powder (CHEESE, WHEY powder, salt) onion powder, yeast extract, garlic powder, parsley, turmeric. May contains traces of GLUTEN, CELERY and EGG.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired.
Spaghetti made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina
Water and high quality 100% Italian durum wheat semolina are the simple ingredients used to produce this spaghetti. The result is excellent quality pasta that is elastic and tenacious, with unmistakable aroma, colour and flavour. Try dressing it with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano and you will realize that simplicity is often the key to success.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina.

Classic Pandoro
The Pandoro is a symbol of Christmas on the festive table. Its characteristic eight-pointed star shape that was designed by expressionist painter Angelo Dall'Oca Bianca, its intense aroma, and the soft consistency of its inviting slices render this an unmistakable cake. The Pandoro is perfect when sprinkled with powdered sugar and excellent served with traditional sweet creams such as our exquisite Moscato d'Asti DOCG Wine Cream.
