Spumante Rosé Millesimato

Primitivo Puglia IGT
Great red wine from Apulia, refined and elegant, result of a careful research of the best Primitivo grapes.
Deep red color with dark reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit, with strong hints of dried figs.
4 Cheeses Risotto
Italian 4 Cheeses Flavoured Risotto
Ingredients : 80% parboiled rice, blend of melted cheese powder 9% (cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Blue Cheese, whey, salt), preparation of sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavors, onion, yeast extract. May contain traces of : cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, eggs, crustaceans and molluscs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Cooking instructions: Into a 16/18 cm diameter pot pour the contents of pouch in 550 ml (18,6 fl oz) of unsalted cold water. Bring to the boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer for about 15 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Serve garnished with butter and cheese, if desired

A delicious egg tagliatelle (Tajarin) to make your mouth water!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
Artisan Savoy Biscuits
These delicious handmade biscuits are the result of a skilful mixture of simple ingredients such as eggs, flour, sugar and honey. They are simple, light and so soft that they melt in your mouth. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack, they can be enjoyed at any time of day. For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend dipping these delicious biscuits into a steaming cup of zabaglione.
Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs, sugar, wildflower honey, emulsifiers (E420, E1520, E471), preservative (E200). May contain: soya, milk, mustard and nuts.
Panettone Tradizionale
Authentic Italian Christmas Cake.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour type "550", sultanas, hazelnut glaze 12% (sugar, fresh proteins, hazelnuts 18%, equal to 2% of the final product, rice starch, rice flour), butter, sugar, candied peel of citrus fruits (orangeate and citronate, glucose fructose Syrup, sugar), fresh yolks, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), almonds 1.5%, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh and pasteurized whole milk, natural flavours. It may contain traces of soy.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: To keep this product at its best store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place avoiding exposure to the sun. For best results keep the Panettone at room temperature 6-8 hours before consuming.
Rustic Mushroom sauce
Mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, onion and garlic. A great sauce!
INGREDIENTS: tomato, mushrooms 10% (agaricus bisporus), porcini mushrooms 8% (boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, salt, parsley, sugar.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
Lenticchie
For soups, salads or as a side dish!
INGREDIENTS: Dried lentils. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soya, sesame, mustard and lupin.
METHOD OF STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place.
Praline alla grappa di Barolo
Barolo Grappa Flavoured Chocolate Truffles.
INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, flavorings. Emulsifier: soya lecithine), Grappa di Barolo 8%, sugar, whole milk powder, ethyl alcohol, dextrose, fructose, vegetable fat (palm oil), cocoa powder.
May contain traces of: cereals containing gluten, nuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, milk, eggs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
Tagliatelle al Tartufo
Delicious Truffle Tagliatelle!
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, water, eggs 19.36%, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.7%, porcini mushroom powder 0.5%, truffl e aroma 0.3%.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cold and dry place.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put on the fire 1 litre of water and 10 grams of salt every 100 grams of pasta.
COOKING TIME: 6 - 7 minutes ca.
CHEF’S SUGGESTIONS: Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it and add it to the sauce. Serve with knob of butter or, to enhance the flavor, with the Giordano truffle butter.
